From 1 July 2026, TGV is updating our internal systems to better support our community. This change helps us design future services that truly meet your needs, understand who accesses our programs, and make sure we are reaching our priority groups. It also lets us demonstrate the impact of our work to funders, identify where support is most needed, and secure resources to reach even more transgender, gender diverse, and non-binary people.
This information also strengthens our advocacy. It allows us to engage more effectively with government partners and ensures we can represent your needs with greater clarity and impact.
We recognise that sharing personal details can feel vulnerable, and we don't take the trust you place in us lightly. We are committed to handling your information with the care and transparency it deserves. That is why we have released a new Privacy Policy.
We also know that information about trans, gender diverse and non-binary people can be sensitive, and that not everyone wishes our community well. We take that seriously. It is part of why we hold as little information as possible, store it securely, and limit who can access it. The safest information is the information we never collect, so we only ask for what genuinely helps us support you.
