Affirmation Station Trials Appointment-Only Op Shop

Affirmation Station will trial an appointment-only op shop service in an effort to increase safety for our staff and trans community members.

To our beautiful Affirmation Station community,

To increase safety for our staff and shoppers, we will be trialling an appointment-only service at the op shop for the next month. Booking is quick, easy, and completely free for all transgender, gender diverse, non-binary and gender-questioning folks. 

During your appointment, you can:

• Browse the racks at your own pace
• Access our special $5/item pricing
• Hang out in our cosy Community Lounge
• Get one-on-one support from our lovely all-trans staff to pick out the perfect outfit!

How to book:

Text 0480 627 087 with:

• Your name & pronouns
• Your preferred time (see opening hours below)
• What you’d like to do during your visit, e.g:
  
  • Browse the racks
  • Hang in the Community Lounge, drink tea, play the Switch/board games/read
  • Get styling help from our wonderful staff
  • Donate items
  • Check out the space for the first time
  • Find the perfect pair of pink shoes for the Gender Revel Gala!

Appointments are just for shopping in the Op Shop or hanging in the Lounge.
